acceptable stay, SOME issues detected
defective telephone limited shower
I encountered SOME problems. the telephone in the room was broken and COULD NOT be fixed, a major inconvenience. also, i requested a room with a standing shower, BUT was informed only suites HAVE that option. senior travelers should be aware of these limitations. Both rooms only HAD a bathtub.

Really good Amenities and Prime Location
spacious bathroom separate shower quick service shopping location
The room included a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub and a separate shower. I also appreciated the quick service at the front office that was only 5 minutes to the MTR station. High end shopping was next to the hotel as well as many restaurants.
The hotel requires a climb up and down stairs to reach reception and the elevators which is inconvenient with luggage.

Staff members are very helpful beginning with check in continuing until departure. The concierge team provided clear directions and excellent restaurant recommendations. The hotel also has efficiency with the staff's quick response to requests.

The hotel is situated near Harborcity Mall offering views from nearby restaurants. The MTR and Nathan Road are within walking distance of this hotel. This spot serves as the perfect base camp to tour Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.

excellent stay
key attractions attentive staff breakfast selection
the location provided easy access to key attractions. staff at the continental club were attentive to our needs. we found the breakfast selection comprehensive. the room was clean and well maintained.
i found limited bottled water provided daily to be inconvenient. i would expect more bottles available without needing to request them

Solid choice for business
efficient location shopping centers extra towels
The location made getting around the city efficient. I found multiple shopping centers within a short walk. The staff responded quickly when I requested extra towels and toiletries. The Continental Club access was quiet.
The hallway carpets show some wear and tear.

Breakfast included a wide variety of pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. The buffet catered to both Western and Asian tastes. The coffee machine produced cappuccinos and espressos in addition to regular coffee. The service was prompt.

The gym contained three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights and weight machines. The pool area included around fifteen loungers and umbrellas were available. The business center had two computers and a printer.

A tender stay
roomy room friendly staff club service personal approach
i felt happiness as i walked into this lovely building. the room felt roomy to me. the staff has a friendly, personal approach i adore. i did love the lounge club and its special service within the hotel. everything here is perfect.
the room lacked some little snacks and drinks i think. the heater wasn't working.

the location provides very easy access to the star ferry and the panoramic promenade. also, the metro station is not far. many landmarks are close, so it is easy to discover the city.

the continental club lounge offers excellent meals. there are many good dining options nearby. the hotel has an in house dining, with very excellent food and a great view.
